鎧裝熱電偶具有能彎曲、耐高溫、熱響應時間快和堅固耐用等特點,它和工業用裝配式熱電偶一樣,作為測量溫度的傳感器,通常和顯示儀表、記錄儀表和電子調節器配套使用,同時,亦可以作為裝配式熱電偶的感溫元件,它可以直接測量各種生產過程中從0℃~1000℃范圍內的液體、蒸汽和氣體介質以及固體表面的溫度
工作原理
鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)的工作原理是由(you)兩種不同成(cheng)(cheng)份的導體(ti)兩端(duan)經焊接(jie),形成(cheng)(cheng)回(hui)(hui)路,直(zhi)接(jie)測溫(wen)端(duan)叫測量端(duan),接(jie)線端(duan)叫參(can)比端(duan)。當測量端(duan)和參(can)比端(duan)存(cun)在(zai)溫(wen)差時,就會(hui)在(zai)回(hui)(hui)路中產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),接(jie)上(shang)顯示儀(yi)表,儀(yi)表上(shang)就會(hui)指示出熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢的對應(ying)溫(wen)度值。鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)的熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢將隨著測量端(duan)的溫(wen)度升高而增長(chang),熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢的大小只和鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)導體(ti)材質以及兩端(duan)溫(wen)差有關(guan),和熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極的長(chang)度,直(zhi)徑(jing)無關(guan)。鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)的結構是由(you)導體(ti),絕緣氧(yang)化(hua)鎂和1Cr18Ni9Ti不銹鋼保護管經多(duo)次拉(la)制(zhi)而成(cheng)(cheng),鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)產(chan)品主要由(you)接(jie)線盒(he),接(jie)線端(duan)子和鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶(ou)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)基本結構,并(bing)配以各種安裝(zhuang)固定裝(zhuang)置(zhi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。

鎧裝熱電偶熱響應時間
在溫度出現階躍變化時,熱電偶的輸出變化至相當于該階躍變化的50%,所需要的時間稱為熱響應時間,用T0.5表示。

絕緣電阻
當周圍空(kong)氣溫度為20±15℃,相對(dui)濕度不大(da)于80﹪時,絕緣型鎧裝(zhuang)熱電(dian)(dian)偶的(de)偶絲與外套管之間的(de)絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻值(zhi)應符合下表(biao)規定(ding)。
